Ambiguously Gay Guy

Okay, so today I went on a lunch date with a guy who I really think may be gay. In which case, he'd be a great friend (a very good sense of style and funny!), but I don't think he knows he's gay yet. So we met for lunch at a deli (yup, first date lunch at a deli where we had to order at the counter and then sit outside in the very cold weather) and when I first saw him, I definitely got the vibe. We spent lunch talking and him shivering, and it was actually pretty nice. I mean, other than me feeling bad that he was freezing, although, really, it seems like that would be his fault since he knew we would most likely be outside in the 65 degree weather. He was telling me about his job, and how he works with primarily older women and how gossipy they are. I asked how many men he worked with, and he said 3.5. The .5 was because there was one man who he thought was gay but he wasn't sure (this is when I wanted to ask him if it was him, but thought that it probably wouldn't be a good idea).

I don't know, I mean, a deli for a first date, then this nagging feeling that he was most likely gay (even though he kept looking at my chest), not a horrible first date, but not really great. He did have nice arms! Oh, with the exception that he shaved them. Yeah, they were totally shaved with stubble growing back. I mean, he's Italian, so I can understand not wanting to have Sasquatch arms, but, well, I don't know. It still seems weird. Anyway, I don't have a nickname for him yet, and I'm not sure if we're going to go out again (he mentioned something about a movie night, but I don't think he's going to call. Especially because I'm a girl and I think he's into dudes), but as soon as I think of a nickname I'll post it, and if we go out again, I'll certainly let everyone know!
